Golden Phoenix Hair prioritizes your health and safety. Our staff work obsessively to clean frequently touched surfaces on routine intervals, including doorknobs, phones, banisters, handrails, throughout our salon as well as the decontamination of the tools we use to perform services, without fail between each client.  See our full appointment guidelines below and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Appointment Guidelines

  • Employees or clientele will NOT be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms, no exceptions
  • All salon services are by appointment only with no walk-in clients
  • Our waiting area is currently closed
  • All appointment holders will receive a text when they can enter the premises, please wait in your vehicle or nearby and we will contact you
  • Please wash your hands or use sanitizer upon entering the salon
  • Employees and clients will receive a temperature check prior to entering the premises
  • The number of guests on the premises will be limited to 50% of normal capacity at all times
  • 1 client per hair stylist
  • Stylist stations will be at least six feet apart when a private room is not available
  • Employees and clientele will wear protective facemasks (we can supply if you don’t have one) , feel free to hold the mask to your face, with your hand if the ear loops need to be removed during your appointment
  • All equipment used by a stylist will be sanitized between clients
  • Clean/sanitized capes and smocks will be provided for each client
  • Doors and exits will be sanitized throughout the day

We can all flatten the curve to prevent the spread of illness in our communities. Please stay home or consider rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling unwell. Symptoms of COVID-19 may appear 2–14 days after initial exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. We always look forward to seeing you, even if you can’t see our smile because it’s covered by a protective face mask.
